Safety is a very important part of the experiment.On this page we will show the safety measures we have taken to ensure the safety of all relevant parts of the experiment and future applications.
General lab safety
Personnel safety:Our experiments strictly abide by the relevant laboratory safety regulations of the school. and everyone involved in the experiment was also trained by a supervisor to learn the laboratory regula- tions and participated in the laboratory safety test.Only those who have passed the test can participate in the experiment.
Dress safety: All personnel must wear white coats,medical gloves and other relevant protective equip- ment according to regulations before entering the laboratory to ensure personal safety.
Storage safety: All experimental materials in the laboratory are classified and stored according to the bios- ecurity risk level,and stored in strict accordance with the storage requirements.unified handling.and dangerous goods are kept by special counters.
Hazard precautions: The laboratory is equipped with facilities such as fire apparatus and flushing sprin- klers to prevent fire or other emergencies
Waste disposal safety: All waste is properly collected.stored and disposed of uniformly according to re- quirements to prevent hazards
Ethical and moral safety: All our experiments are carried out under the supervision and management of the school's ethics and safety organization,and before designing and carrying out experiments and proj- ects,we consult with ethics experts on matters related to experimental ethical safety and product ethical safety and properly deal with ethical issues that may arise in the future
Other safety measures: Other safety measures include but are not limited to biosafety fume hood,mainte- nance and hygiene after each experiment,etc.
Project Design Safety
        All our raw materials are nucleic acids and proteins artificially synthesized by reagent companies,all ex- perimental steps are camried out in vitro,and the products are not harmful to humans and other organ- isms,and we strictly control them to prevent these nucleic acids and proteins and experimental materials from being released Into the environment to cause pollutlon of the natural genome.All the parts that we think are not on the white list that need to be reported have been filled In the check In form,and we dld not conduct any experiments involving people.
Hardware
        We pioneered the "DIRENJIE system,which uses DNA-RNA chimeric ring probe and DNA-cleaving activity of DSN enzyme to achieve linear amplification,and uses the trans-cleaving activity of Cas12a to achieve exponential amplification.Then we plan to use colloidal gold particles to convert the content of specinc microRNAs in serum Into visible light signals,achleving the purpose of rapld detection of trace RNA at home. Subjects can shoot the color results with mobile phones and analyze them through the APp to get easy-to-understand detection reports. In the future.we also want to rely on the APp to achieve telemedicine and guide sub-healthy people to healthy diet and rational drug use.
