Conceptualization- She takes responsibility for brainstorming and developing ideas for
the project. she keeps communicating and discussing with our instructors, reading scientific articles,
identifying the initial idea of the project, and iteratively improving it to design the final
detection system.
Investigation -She is responsible for the experimental design during the wet experiments carried out
for the project. After reviewing articles and communicating with our instructors, she develops the
experimental protocols for probe cyclization and DSN enzymatic reaction. Besides that, she also
performs most of the related experiments.
Analysis-She works with our instructors to analyze the data derived from the experiments and the data
in the relevant articles. She presents her views and conclusions. Then she makes adjustments to the
experimental protocol based on the conclusions.
Data Curation -She is also responsible for annotating, cleaning, and maintaining experimental data
related to probe phantomization and DSN enzymatic reaction for our team's project and for future use
by other iGEM teams or members of the synthetic biology community.
Visualization-She is responsible for drawing the first draft of the experimental schematic,
communicating with the art team and providing advice on the experimental principles.
Writing-She is also responsible for writing a portion of the Wiki text related to the project's
description, design, and experiments. |
