Mining of saline-alkali resistant elements with multi-group learning

When six kinds of saline-alkali-tolerant bacteria are faced with saline-alkali stress environment, they show consistent changes in gene expression, protein translation and metabolic regulation. This common gene is the universal stress-resistant element we are looking for. After analyzing the genes and expressed proteins of their difference table, we obtained the most likely universal element of salt resistance. See Table 5.1

qPCR test

We then performed qPCR tests and the up- and down-regulation results were consistent with the transcriptomics results.
