Long long ago, there was a bacteria with superpowers remolded by human from UM-Macau. After a long period of cultivation and feeling of celiac people suffering for a long time, it transformed into a human form, in the image of Wheatty to help the world as a wizard.

Gluten is a common protein in wheat and nuts, but in genetically susceptible people, the 33 peptides of gluten that can not be broken down by human body can also be a demon. Since they are monsters, wizard Wheatty must do something in her power to destroy them and restore peace to the small intestine!

With wheatty's empowerment, patients who struggled with gluten intake finally have the courage to face the demon's attacks. Under the protection of GEIG, the demon finally realises that the existence of Wheatty and synthetic biology magic has completely brought about the end of his existence.

While the demons have 33 peptides as their arrows, human also has new enzymes as a shield. As the weapon for the monsters, gluten proteins, were able to be completely broken down by the 33 peptide breaking enzymes produced by engineered gut flora, with the help of powerful synthetic biology tools.

Wheatty's superpowers start with her precise delivery to the duodenum, and then work on the basis of adhesion modules and enzyme release, adding that the gut itself does not have the ability to completely break down gluten, and residing in the patient's body for a longer period of time.
