In the process of our project, we have encountered many difficulties, solved many problems, and put forward some new ideas, which we hope can provide help for future teams.

Experiment

1. New basic part

   In our project, we introduced the HMBG1 protein for the first time in iGEM history, and characterized its purification and biofilm disintegration. 2. Experience of biofilm experiments

   At the end of the "notebook" page, we record the process of exploring "biofilm related experiments" in detail, hoping to be helpful to the subsequent teams who choose this direction

Human practices

1. On the page of "Human practices", we have recorded the positive impact we have made from the three dimensions of "society", "world" and "future" in detail. Our team hopes to continue to keep in touch with various teams in the future, and continue to promote the development of synthetic biology
