All the lab work, including intermediate results, is added to the labbook. Since our project consisted of two main parts - hydrogel synthesis and protein expression - we were simultaneously working with hydrogel synthesis and plasmid construction. Unfortunately, due to several factors independent of us, we are only expecting to receive our ordered plasmid shortly. Therefore, below, only hydrogel-related experiments are listed.
