Experiments
During our wet lab part of CellCare, we have used, created, and optimized multiple protocols. As this part is over, we realize how accurate and organized protocols are essential for successful lab work. Therefore, we collected all our protocols in two sets as another form of contribution to the iGEM community!
Below are the two documents with protocols. The first one, Hydrogel, is created specifically for work with hydrogels, including experiments for gel structure optimization and characteristics determination. The second one, Cells, is a typical list of protocols to plan and prepare for experiments with bacterial and mammalian cells (as our proof of concept).
We hope that these documents will be helpful for other upcoming iGEM teams, and we wish the best of luck for them!
