Chemical reagents

· Correct storage
Upon the receipt of new reagents, please don’t leave it sitting on the bench. Immediately check out the datasheet to see how/where it should be stored, for example, the required temperature and weather photobleached, and then do it right now.

· Aliquot
In the preparation of samples, make aliquots to avoid freeze thaw cycles that may damage the biological samples or some chemical reagents. It also prevents contamination of the whole amount of reagents or samples.

· Do not re-dip
Unless aliquots are prepared for one-time use, do not use a pipette tip that has already been dipped into another solution. It may contaminate the vials. So use a fresh tip every time.
