As we embark on our journey to tackle real-world challenges and try to make an impact on humanity through synthetic biology, we've been awe-inspired by the boundless heights of scientific research and the ever-expanding frontiers of technology. However, amidst our admiration for these advancements, we've also awared of the exclusivity that often characterizes the scientific community. This exclusivity can unintentionally neglect individuals who have different abilities, such as visual or hearing impairments, or those who reside in diverse regions.

While we wholeheartedly celebrate the diversity that surrounds us, we recognize that the real challenge is in harnessing the potential of this diversity. We wholeheartedly embraced this challenge and endeavored to eliminate barriers associated with visual impairments , language barriers, disparities in educational access, hearing impairment, occupational hindrances. To gain a deeper understanding of the factors contributing to the underrepresentation of our target groups in the field of science and to integrate the values and needs of our target population into our initiatives, we followed the 3 steps:
