In the process of expressing and purifying proteins, we have made many attempts and optimizations. In order to provide more experimental reference for the future iGEM team, we have organized this year's experiment into an experimental protocol. We also attach specific information about the protein we produce, as well as the kit for using protein. Future teams can use our products and parts according to the details we provide.
