We divided our laboratory work into four different notebooks; cloning, microplastics, gene deletion and biofilm growth + measurement. This approach allowed us to keep an accurate and detailed record of each aspect of our research. In each of them, we illustrate the findings, procedures and results associated with each chapter of our work.
