UCTION
We have developed a three-layer dynamic regulation system based on quarum sensing,
through wich bacterium can exhibit three modes:
As a result,bacterium can autonomously reguulate theirngrowth mode
throughtout
their lifecycle,providing PHB in a fully automated and
energy-efficient manner.
CHALL
ENGES
PHB production pathway conflicts with the TCA cycle;
PHB is an intracellular product, which cannot be released automatically and needs to
be artificially lysed.
Through these tools, we have solved the 2 problems,and successfully designed a
three-layer dynamic regulation model.
