In this section, we present a comprehensive collection of the protocols we used during our journey. These protocols reflect the core of our project and work as a brief, yet easy to understand, guide for synthetic biology experiments. Taking into consideration the significance of well-documented processes, we tried our best to ensure that they do not only represent our work but also serve as references for future teams. The protocols are optimized and interspersed with notes based on our own experience for the organisms we used (M13 bacteriophage and XL1-blue bacteria).
