Parts Collection

Our parts collection includes BBa_K4812001 to BBa_K4812013, BBa_K4812015 to BBa_K4812020, and BBa_K4812024 to BBa_K4812026. These parts include the sequence of Scl2.28-1 gene, codon optimized fragments of the same gene for E. Coli K12, primers for Gibson Assembly of those fragments, primers to verify ligation using PCR, and finally primers for site directed mutagenesis to introduce integrin binding sites to the Scl2.28-1 gene. Using these parts, any team should be able to insert the gene of interest Scl2.28-1 into pQE80L-Kan vector, verify the ligation, and perform modification.
