1.Overview

In order to enhance the public's understanding of our project's probiotic product production and its mechanism of action, as well as to strengthen social support for gout patients and encourage individuals from all sectors to assist the gout community, we have designed a series of both online and offline education activities.

2.Interview to the public

Street interviews have always been a great way to get the public's opinion s on something, and have always been an integral part of education. We also added an important part of our education, and we interviewed 4 randomly selected guests.

First of all, we interviewed Ms. Li, whose gender and age did not fit the high-risk group of gout, but when we asked her about her understanding of this disease, we found that she had a deep understanding of this disease. It turned out that she had such a patient suffering from gout in her family, so she had a good understanding of the causes of gout and how to prevent it. We found out from this street interview that gout is really a very common disease, so it's really easy to get sick if you don't prevent it in time. And when they heard we were promoting our probiotic products, they were also very willing to learn about and buy our products.

Figure 1

The second man we interviewed was a 40-year-old man, apparently of the right age and gender to be at high risk for gout, but he was completely unaware of the seriousness of the disease. According to him, he worked hard day and night, slept badly, his diet was very irregular, and alcohol was very common in his life. In addition, he does not like sports very much, and his weight is much higher than normal. As we can find from his daily life, he has a very high probability of suffering from gout, regardless of his age and gender, his unhealthy diet, his lack of sports, and his serious lack of sleep. The good news is that when we talk about the severity of gout, He is also aware of how terrible the disease can be and is keen to learn about our probiotic oral solution to prevent gout.

The third random interviewee we chose was our peers. We wanted to know how many people in our peers knew about gout, but to our surprise, he also had a lot of understanding of gout. When we asked about ways to prevent gout, he mentioned seafood, which is indeed a food that raises uric acid. And he also mentioned that in order to prevent gout, he would often exercise, take his family with him, and help his family to prevent gout. His behavior surprised us very much, because he was only 15 years old, and he was very reluctant when we started to promote our probiotic products, because in his opinion, all drugs have bad effects on the body. We immediately introduced that our probiotic oral liquid is based on probiotics, which will not act on the liver but directly enter the intestine to help degrade uric acid. After our explanation, he was still very optimistic about our product.

Figure 2

The last person we interviewed was a woman who was already suffering from gout, and our understanding of gout became deeper and deeper through our interation with her. At first, we did not know that she was a person who was already suffering from gout, so we first asked her if she knew or knew anyone who was already suffering from gout, and she directly said that she was suffering from gout, which shocked us. According to her, suffering from gout is very painful, the joint pain is unbearable to ordinary people, she said that when the pain attacks, she will wake up in the middle of the night, and the pain is similar to the big toe fire (intense burning sensation in the big toe joint), very painful. So we urge everyone to prevent gout before it's too late to notice you have symptoms.

Through interviews with different groups of people, each group has a very different understanding of gout, so our products need to focus on the promotion of men around 40 years old, as this demographic appears particularly susceptible to gout but may lack awareness of its risk, so that they can pay attention to the harm of this disease and better prevention of such diseases, so that fewer and fewer people in the society are suffering from this disease.

3.Community Lecture

We entered the Party-mass Service Center Community of Kangjian Street, Xuhui District, Shanghai, and popularized the knowledge about gout to the children in the community, so as to publicize that living habits are closely related to gout and the prevention of gout should be started step by step. Although children are less likely to get gout, gout tends to be younger, people ignore their health due to stress and other reasons. We carried out community communication activities to educate children to keep the importance of eating habits in mind from an early age, and to told their elders what they have learned. Parents will gradually pay attention to living habits under the influence of their children. In order to make children fully understand and stay away from gout, we have given the definition of gout, and explained it from the two aspects which are diseased area and harm. Then we gave the reasons for the formation of gout, so as to fundamentally prevent gout and hyperuricemia, and avoid excessive consumption of high-purine foods. Recent years, more and more young people are getting gout. The chart shows this trend is closely related to the increasingly chaotic work and rest time of young people, so as to let children know the main onset age of gout. Finally, we gave the gout solution to the children, that is, "how to relieve gout". There are two ways to relieve gout. The best way is to combine regular diet, exercise and drug treatment. All of children agree with the importance of daily diet.

We have designed some activities to motivate children to participate actively. Before explaining gout, we made a warm-up game called "to pass the parcel" Whoever hold the ball when the clap stop will introduce himself on stage and perform a small talent show. After introducing the knowledge of gout, we distributed some mazes, and explained a gout patient insisted on taking medicine to reduce high uric acid and successfully drove away gout after walking through the winding "maze". After this small game, the atmosphere gradually became active. We showed them posters with various foods and asked which foods were high in purines. Everyone raised their hands to participate, and some children also responded after getting the answer, "Soy products are vegetables, how can they be considered high in purines?" food" question. It can be seen that it is very necessary to popularize science which are high-purine foods. Our activity are highly popular, and the children actively participate.

4.Gout Werewolf Game

When teens are looking for entertainment other than their phones in their free time, they often turn to card games. Combining knowledge with card games can have an unexpected effect in helping teenagers understand and master various concepts. With this in mind, our team developed a novel card game that incorporates the theme of gout prevention into the popular werewolf killing game.

Gout is an inflammatory joint disease caused by uric acid crystals. Although gout is more common in middle age and the elderly, with the increase of unhealthy diet and lifestyle, the age of the disease is gradually getting younger. In order to raise awareness and prevention of gout among young people, we have designed this gout Werewolf Kill card game with the aim of educating them through entertainment.

Our Gout Werewolf Killing game takes the basic rules and mechanics of traditional werewolf killing, but with some tweaks to suit our chosen theme. Regarding the characters, first, we replaced werewolves with high-purine foods, highlighting the idea that consuming such foods increases uric acid levels and ultimately causes gout. High purine foods in the game include meat, seafood, alcohol, etc. Secondly, the witch is transformed into a naughty fairy, reflecting the important role of healing and poisoning in the original game. Fairy has probiotic oral solutions to promote gut health, and we also have resources to educate about the effects of high purine levels, indirectly advertising the benefits of our probiotic products. Finally, the prophet takes the form of a doctor who can determine whether a person is healthy or on a high-purine diet.

With these modifications, we have created a fun and educational gout werewolf killing card game for a minimum of six players. This game not only provides entertainment, but also allows youth to learn the causes and prevention of gout, promotes healthy lifestyle choices, and raises increase awareness of our products. In addition, by playing this game with friends, teenagers can also develop teamwork, analytical reasoning and communication skills, and improve their social interaction skills.

We hope that this gout Werewolf Kill card game will have a positive impact on young people, raise their awareness of health and diet, and inspire them to take proactive measures to prevent gout. By combining knowledge and entertainment, we believe the game can become a favorite pastime for young people other than their mobile phones, and positively impact their health and education.
