Overview

1.Recombinant plasmids of PET-28a-I7L and PET-28a-ASFV-I7L were successfully structured which could be used to purify the corresponding protein.

2.Proteins of I7L and ASFV-I7L were successfully purified which would be used to screen for the lead compounds with therapeutic potential against monkeypox.

3.The protein of I7L we purified has biological activity.

4.The production of our project has the promise for conversion into a commercialized reagent kit.

5.We created some new parts in the Part Register as shown in table 1.and added the information including the experiment data we obtained in this project accordingly.
