We began by thoroughly documenting our new parts, which encompassed sequence length assessment, codon optimization, inclusion of experimental data, and the integration of design notes for the benefit of future participants. For instance, we conducted a detailed evaluation of the sequence length of composite part BBa_K4743002. Additionally, we presented our organism's phenotype after cloning astaxanthin enzymes. Beyond documenting and introducing new components, we have also compiled literature information on existing elements.

We've made a positive societal impact through educational initiatives. To raise awareness about Sarcopenia, we actively participate in conferences to advocate our perspective. Moreover, we engage with adult daycare centers to impart fundamental knowledge about Sarcopenia to elderly individuals.
To expand our reach and promote our iGEM project, we have contributed a comprehensive sarcopenia manual. This manual encompasses the definition, symptoms, and treatment of sarcopenia, integrating information about our iGEM project. Furthermore, it offers recommendations for exercises and dietary practices that can effectively address sarcopenia. At the conclusion of the manual, we have extended an invitation to teams uniCRETE and KCIS-Xiugang-Taipei to contribute a section describing a unique exercise from their respective countries or one that they find particularly intriguing. Copies of the sarcopenia handbook are freely available at Show Chwan Memorial Hospital, Pu Ren Clinic, Xiu He Daycare Center, and PuTai Senior High School.
We've noticed a limited number of iGEM teams that have engaged in multiple bacteria culturing. Our research involved testing the growth conditions for co-culturing our three organisms(K.Marxianes, B.Subtilis,C. Butyricum), yielding valuable data that can offer insights to future teams interested in co-culturing experiments. These experiments will
