Check out our part BBa_K4820000! It's a 37 bp oligo capable of binding to ferritin.

Check out the part we made:

To create a bionsensor capable of detecting salivary ferritin, we researched and created aptamers capable of binding to ferritin through extensive literature review and computational docking. One of the aptamers we found and are now physically testing is a 37 bp oligo. Check out our part BBa_K4820000's page for more information on it!! We're now in the physical testing process with this part. We're testing it's binding affinity with ferritin through direct biotin-streptavidin ELISA and DNA shift assay.
