Copper ion easy-to-use kit，which contains culture medium, a bag of yeast powder, 15ml centrifuge tube, 1ml syringe, filter membrane, sample collection tube, a bag of verkon. Based on the principle that yeast responds to copper ions by producing a hyaline ring, this product is suitable for a wide range of occasions, and can be used to quickly and conveniently to detect copper ions in samples and achieve early warning effects.

1. Take out the 15 ml centrifuge tube with sterilized water inside from the kit and mix it with yeast powder gently.

2. Pour the tube mixture evenly into the medium and leave it to absorb completely.

3. Aspirate 1 ml of the sample with a syringe and pump it through the filter membrane into the sample collection tube.

4. Cover the top of the sample collection tube with the stopper (which can be used as a dropper) and drop the sample all the way down the center of the medium.

5. Place the medium back into the kit, cover and incubate for 24h.

6. Observe the results after 24h and put all the used biowaste from the kit back into the kit.

7. Pour verkon into the medium to sterilize it.

8. Dispose the whole thing in the yellow bio-waste bin
