Attributions
The iGEMers of HZAU-China are responsible for all the iGEM work this year, which includes idea, lab work, wiki and so on. Also, we communicate and collaborate with many iGEM teams this year. All the work done by our team members and the help received from others are shown below.

Project
Project was mainly designed by Ruixuan Zhu. Other team members help enriching the ideas and design.
Team Training
Experimental education to new team members was conducted by Ruixuan Zhu, Rui Tian, Meng Sun and Yutong Chen.
Modeling training to new team members was conducted by Yan Xu.
Safety education was conducted by Professor Yingchun Qi from Huazhong Agricultural University.
Resources
LuxR and LuxI gene was provided by ShanghaiTech-China from iGEM 2022, ShanghaiTech University.
SnapGene® licenses were generously provided by GSL Biotech LLC.
MOE licenses were provided by Prefessor XiaoCong Wang from Huazhong Agricultural University.
Wiki
Codes on our wiki were written by Zhilin Zhu, Xi Chen and Leyang Huang.
Art design on the wiki was fulfilled by Lizhu Zuo and Ruyi Guo.
Experiments
Ruixuan Zhu took charge in Laboratory Group.
The Colonization&Blocking module was divided as Colonization Part, Blocking Part and NOT-Gate Part.
Ruixuan Zhu, Leyang Huang and Zekun Luo finished the Blocking Part.
Rui Tian and Zekun Luo finished the Colonization Part.
NOT-Gate part was fulfilled by Yutong Chen, Ruixuan Zhu and Yi Ding.
The Sterilization Module was fulfilled by Meng Sun and Ruichen Shen.
The Suicide Switch was finished by Yuanpu Zhang, Haozhen Liu, Haoxiang Zhang and Ruixuan Zhu, assisted by Boxuan Liu and Xiaoyue Wang.
Model
Yan Xu took charge in Model Group.
The “Antibody” model were finished by Leyang Huang, assisted by Ruichen Shen, Xinyi Geng and Yuqian Yang.
The “Colonization” part were finished by Yan Xu and Zhaohong Liu, assisted by others.
The “Sequence Analysis” part were finished by Yan Xu, Yuqian Yang and Xinyi Geng.
Human Practices
Xincong Sun and Conghao Qin took charge in HP Group and supervised all HP activities.
The planning of human practice activities were conducted by Xincong Sun, Leyang Huang and Ruixuan Zhu, assisted Conghao Qin, Huayi Feng.
The interview was designed by Xincong Sun, assisted by Ziyu Zhao.

Daily Management
Ruixuan Zhu took responsibility of purchasing experimental materials and reagents.
Conghao Qing and Xincong Sun took responsibility of purchasing HP materials.
Rui Tian took responsibility of the financial affairs on experiment equipments and reagents.
Daily cleaning of our laboratory was assigned to all team members.
