To accomplish all of our ideas and to prove the functionality of our system - CELLECT, we decided to split our team into three subteams: the Toxin group, Riboswitch group, and Bioproduction group. All the wet-lab experiments and preliminary results are shown. For a better understanding, a short experimental timetable of each subgroup is provided at the beginning of each PDF.
