This APP is based on data from Multiple Inhibitors Models.

The APP can intuitively reflect the relationship between the specific values of various parameters and waveforms in Multiple Inhibitors Models,
and can achieve parameter design.

Trend Visualization APP

The trend visualization app is mainly aimed at the visualization of Activator - Inhibitor Models.
The model is able to analyze the effects of different plasmids on a protein over a certain time range, including period and peak.

This is a visualization of Activator-inhibitor Models, where Xp is the Inhibitor and Tp is the Activator. The activator activates the expression of the inhibitor, the target protein, and itself, and the suppressor inhibits the expression of the activator. The interaction between them causes the system to express periodically.

This is a visualization of Multiple Inhibitors Models, in which Xp, Yp and Zp are three inhibitors, which can inhibit each other, and Xp can inhibit the expression of Rp. The periodic expression of the target protein Rp was formed in the periodic system of Xp-Yp-Zp.


Single Inhibitor Models Visualization

This is a visualization of Single Inhibitor Models, where Tp is the activator, Xp is the suppressor, Gt is the plasmid carrying the activator, and Gx is the suppressor. The system formed by Tp-Xp is capable of periodic expression.
