Basic Parts

We have designed 12 basic parts this year. They are mostly indispensable in our loop. And we use the method of homologous recombination to construct plasmids using these basic parts, which is convenient and efficient.

Compisite parts

The plasmids we used were mainly used in two experiments, the first for detection of changes in intracellular calcium flow and the other for intracellular rhythm detection experiments. The main way for the plasmid construction is homologous recombination experiment with the help of PCR experiment, and the target product is obtained by reaction the target fragment and the corresponding linear vector to the proportion.The plasmids obtained by this method were applied to the experiments after sequence detection.
