Graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology with a doctorate degree in chemical engineering and technology, he is a senior engineer in the field of measurement control and instrumentation of the Chinese Instrumentation Society, a senior technician of chemical inspectors, a senior technician of agricultural products and food inspectors, a coach (senior) of the International Entrepreneurship Association, a lecturer of KAB entrepreneurship education (China), an academic leader of Beijing Electronic Science and Technology Vocational College, a winner of the Youth May Fourth Medal, and a top talent in Beijing. He serves as the standing director of the Industry-Education Integration Professional Committee of the China Education Development Strategy Society, the standing director of Beijing Modern Manufacturing Vocational Education Group, the Fine Chemical Professional Committee of the National Chemical Industry Vocational Skill Appraisal Technical Committee and the expert of the Professional Construction Expert Committee of the National Inspection Testing and Certification Vocational Education Group.
