For the patient

Our core mission is to educate and support glioblastoma patients, helping them understand how inhibiting EIF6 with siRNA can suppress cancer cell glycolysis and enhance the sensitivity of apatinib in treating glioblastoma. In our innovative patient education and support approach, we focus on empowering these patients with valuable insights.

Our primary strategy revolves around educating the younger generation, including glioblastoma patients themselves and their families, by sharing their experiences through a beautifully illustrated storybook. This storybook is designed to be shared with glioblastoma patients, their families, and children interested in medical knowledge. We believe storytelling can bridge understanding gaps and foster empathy.

OThrough our online initiatives, which include informative lectures and interactive seminars, we aim to raise awareness about glioblastoma and the potential benefits of siRNA therapy. Additionally, we have developed comprehensive online resources, including WeChat articles and illustrated books, to cater to the needs of both young individuals and glioblastoma patients.

In our commitment to improving the quality of life for glioblastoma patients, we have creatively integrated various forms of support, including psychological health and dietary guidance. By providing a diverse educational experience, we aim to offer valuable information to patients and foster the development of a supportive community.

In conclusion, our dedicated efforts aim to bridge the knowledge and support gap between different age groups and glioblastoma patients. Through these endeavors, we hope to make a significant contribution to patient education and care, ultimately raising awareness about glioblastoma and providing more care and attention to those affected by it.

Our Aim

Our decision to concentrate on education for the younger generation, encompassing both glioblastoma patients and their families, is rooted in the belief that knowledge is a powerful tool in the fight against this challenging disease. By equipping the younger generation with a deep understanding of glioblastoma and its complexities, we aim to foster a generation that is not only compassionate and empathetic but also well-informed and proactive in supporting patients and advocating for research and treatments. Additionally, educating patients and their families directly ensures that they are active participants in their healthcare journey, making informed decisions and gaining a sense of empowerment. Ultimately, our focus on education seeks to create a ripple effect of awareness, support, and advocacy that can lead to improved outcomes and a brighter future for those affected by glioblastoma.

Synthetic Biology Outreach and Education

We established a dedicated public account to disseminate online educational materials with a primary focus on synthetic biology.

Through this platform, we crafted comprehensive educational handouts and even designed engaging picture books to simplify complex biological concepts.

Our aim was to bridge the knowledge gap and make the world of synthetic biology accessible to a wider audience, from curious children to enthusiasts and beyond.

These resources serve as valuable tools to promote understanding, curiosity, and awareness of the incredible potential of synthetic biology.

Our commitment to creating informative and visually engaging content reflects our dedication to fostering scientific literacy and inspiring the next generation of bio-enthusiasts and researchers.

Inspiring Curiosity Through Synthetic Biology Education

In our efforts to educate children in rural areas about synthetic biology, we take a hands-on and interactive approach. We believe that making science fun and engaging is key to sparking curiosity and fostering a deeper understanding of complex concepts.

Through our educational initiatives, we organize informative sessions where we explain the fundamentals of synthetic biology in a simple and relatable manner. These sessions are designed to capture the attention and imagination of the young learners. We use visual aids, demonstrations, and relatable examples to make the subject matter accessible.

One of the highlights of our program is the knowledge quiz competition we host. This quiz not only reinforces the information we've shared but also adds an element of excitement. Children enthusiastically participate, testing their knowledge and learning in a friendly and competitive environment. Prizes and recognition are awarded to motivate and celebrate their efforts.

Our goal is not only to impart scientific knowledge but also to ignite a passion for learning and discovery. We hope that by making synthetic biology engaging and accessible, we can inspire these young minds to explore the fascinating world of science further. Through these initiatives, we aim to empower the next generation with knowledge, curiosity, and enthusiasm for the wonders of synthetic biology.

The future education of synthetic biology

Our active involvement in science communication extended to the IG20 community, where we played a significant role in spreading awareness about synthetic biology. We went beyond borders to create impactful content, such as team introduction videos and engaging promotional videos dedicated to synthetic biology. These materials were thoughtfully designed to be accessible on multiple platforms, including our public account, ensuring that our message reached a diverse audience.

Furthermore, our commitment to knowledge sharing led us to participate in the IGEM Sustainable Development Seminar, an event organized by RDFZ-CHINA. In this seminar, we had the opportunity to discuss the theme of sustainability in synthetic biology and collaborate with like-minded individuals and teams. It was a valuable experience that allowed us to exchange ideas and insights, contributing to a deeper understanding of how synthetic biology can play a role in addressing sustainability challenges.

Our multifaceted approach to science communication reflects our dedication to promoting the field of synthetic biology. We believe that by actively participating in events like IG20 and engaging with various platforms, we can raise awareness, inspire curiosity, and foster a community of individuals passionate about the potential of synthetic biology. Our mission is to encourage collaboration and dialogue to advance the field's impact on sustainable development and other critical areas of science and innovation. Through these efforts, we strive to leave a lasting and positive imprint on the global synthetic biology landscape.
