Our Team

We are a team of 10 undergraduate students from the University of Virginia. We began our journey with iGEM in the Spring of 2023, taking a synthetic biology course where we drafted 5 different potential project proposals. At the end of the course, we held a round table discussion to select the project we most wanted to pursue, and set off from there.
