The following parts represent our CRISPR system collection. It is a system repurposed from the literature and adapted for our goal. The parts in the collection are designed to be used together for the detection of endometriosis by the detection of nucleic acid sequences. The dCasMINI non-tagged is included in the collection as it represents the basis all the other protein components are built on, whilst the sgRNAs provide target specificity to the system.
