Introduction

Synthetic biology primarily aims to achieve precise control and manipulation of biological systems by recombining and reprogramming biological components. This approach significantly enhances the controllability and predictability of biological systems. Our project has registered several parts, all qualified for standardized requirement of RFC[10]. We have also tested these parts. We hope that everyone can utilize our parts based on our research through registry and that the information for parts can further be completed so that more people can make use of them.

Improvement

Firstly, we optimized the codon of LacZ to make this bacterium derived gene correctly spliced in eukaryote C. elegans. Secondly, to make staining easier to observe, we fused SV40 NLS at the C-terminal of LacZ, in order to lead the product to the nucleus after translation. A start codon was added to trigger the transcription of SV40 NLS.
