	Student Leader: XU Lichen Hello, my name is Lasse. I am from the HSASNU team of the High School attached to Shandong Normal University. I am the captain of the team. I am very glad to participate in this IGEM competition. I have a strong interest in synthetic biology. I hope I can learn more knowledge in the follow-up academic exchanges. As far as academic research is concerned, I have curiosity and awe for science. I also hope to gain more experience in the next competition. May we all maintain our love of exploring science and the curiosity in the field of science.
	Student Leader: WANG Yuhan Hello, my name is Wang Yuhan, from Attached Senior School of Shandong Normal University. It is my great honor to participate in the IGEM project and serve as the team leader. During the first close production experiment, our team learned how to work effectively and cooperate. In repeated experiments, we learned that rigor and science are inseparable. Although simple knowledge of Synthetic biology is new and unfamiliar to me, I love experiments and know that this is just the first step in my research progress. I hope to continue participating in such activities in the future, to gain insights while experiencing experiments up close.
	Student Leader: Guo Enming Hello, everyone. I am Guo Enming. My English name is Alex. It is a pleasure to be a part of the igem project. I like everything about computer design and application since I was a child. Now I am happy that I can learn about synthetic biology with all of you. And then apply them to our lives. Hope to learn some useful knowledge and principles in the cooperation with you.
	MA Yiming Hello everyone, my name is Crystal. When I have some time, I'd like to reading, listening to music, making desserts, and drawing. I also particularly enjoy documenting scenery, such as capturing the appearance of white clouds every time it's sunny or dusk. The reason why I participated in this IGEM project was because both my grandfather and grandmother had heart diseases, and my grandmother had already passed away due to heart and other diseases. I was very sad, so I wondered if Synthetic biology could prevent more people from dying of heart disease. I also hope to gain access to and learn more about cutting-edge biotechnology through this event. May we all explore the mysteries of life in this journey.
	WANG Ruoqi Hello everyone！My name is Wang Ruoqi, and my English name is Rylene. It is a pleasure for me to be here to introduce myself. About my personality. I prefer to challenge myself. I will be particularly interested in difficult things. Then, I will do my best to complete the task. My favorite thing is traveling, and my dream is to travel around the world. Moreover, during my travels, I can experience new things, experience different customs and cultures, all of which are what I aspire to the most. In the preparation process for our IGEM project. I am very rigorous and control the small details during the experimental process. That is all about me, thanks.
	SUN Yimu Hello everyone, my name is Sun Yimu and I'm a 16-year-old boy. Now I am in the High School Attached to Shandong Normal University. I would like to describe myself as a cheerful and optimistic boy. In my daily life, I would like to play video games to relax myself and improve the ability of logic thinking. Also, I prefer to play badminton and soccer to strengthen my body. In our iGEM team, I am responsible for designing and conducting the experiment. By viewing our project, you will able to appreciate the pathology and the treatment of the Atherosclerosis.
	YANG Jiayin My name is Yang Jiayin, which means "a beautiful tree with luxuriant foliage", and my English name is Chloe. My interests and hobbies include recitation, playing baseball, reading, and traveling. The abundant passion I have for biomedical knowledge was the driving force behind my decision to participate in iGEM. I hope to not only accumulate biological knowledge but also improve my teamwork and oral communication skills through this valuable experience. Furthermore, I aim to consolidate and enhance my understanding of the life sciences, deepening my interest in the field. In addition, I also hope that my family's attention to my participation in this competition can raise their awareness of related health issues. Both my father and mother are over fifty years old, and my grandmother is in her eighties. However, they have not yet developed sufficient awareness of healthy eating habits in their daily lives. Through this biology project, I want to increase my understanding of related conditions and help my family recognize the importance of a healthy diet.
	HAN Mengqi Hello, my name is Han Mengqi, a 16-year-old boy from Senior high School Attached to Shandong normal University. I am glad to participate in the IGEM project. I hope I could learn some academic knowledge about biology. And hope to do some work that benefits to people. Also, I hope to get some skills about how to do team works well. And I think it will be a scarce experiences that tell us have a chance to get into an advanced biology laboratory to do some experiments which are very interesting and wonderful. Also this project could maintain our love to science.

YANG Qian

As a PI, I not only teach students the knowledge in school textbooks, but also encourages them to go out of school and use their brains to solve problems in life. In the brainstorming process of this iGEM project, the students personally experienced the pain of their loved ones who lost their lives due to cardio cerebral diseases, and inspired them to explore how to detect cardio cerebral vascular disease in advance. I am deeply shocked that the students gathered their wisdom to detect TMAO in urine for early warning of cardio cerebral vascular disease. I feel amazing of the students' courage and ability and believe that they will get better and better.

Instructors

WANG Yan

As a teacher in charge of a class, I am very supportive of the students' participation in the iGEM project and try our best to meet their needs. I guide them to design a clothing logo, to set up a Synthetic biology club, to reasonably arrange the iGEM project and daily learning time, and make sure their promotion for each other.

YANG Dongli

I like biology very much, and I am also a biology teacher. I am very familiar with molecular biology skills and theories that I learned them when I was in college, actively guide students' laboratory work, and also teach students about biosafety to ensure safe and effective laboratory operations.
