Parts improvement

Based on existing parts of BBa_K801093,BBa_K4986004,BBa_J100544 and new parts of BBa_K4678001,BBa_K4678001,we created BBa_K4678006:DCS-CURS fusion protein.As it is characterized by bioinformatics, we reach an important conclusion that these two unnatural fusion proteins have interaction.There are many interacting amino acids and salt Bridges between fusion proteins, which maintain the stability of fusion proteins.

Significance (Contribution)

1. Biosynthetic curcumin can indeed bring practical items commonly used in daily life such as coloring and dyeing, which are closely related to people's daily lives.It bring a more convenient and economical way of life for humans, and improving the quality of life in related fields;
2. The products made from curcumin have the characteristics of mold-proof, moisture-proof, safe, and pollution-free, in line with the value concept of sustainable development, and have made certain contributions to global environmental protection;
3. The practice of producing oil painting sticks with curcumin to bring color experiences to disabled children has confirmed that it can provide material satisfaction and spiritual support for special groups in society, which is beneficial for awakening everyone's eyes to pursue beauty and their expectations for life;
4. Understanding people's attitudes and needs towards curcumin as a pigment can help to further develop this new type of pigment in the future and expand the market for biological pigments;
5. Gradually expand the target audience from young children to all levels of the public, with the aim of letting more people see the status and role of synthetic biology in the current era. Math Modeling

Our mathematical model solved the decomposition of curcumin under light conditions (the change of content with time) and the change of curcumin concentration with external conditions, aiming to provide data support for further experimental improvement.

Bioinformatics

In this part, we first constructed the metabolic pathway map of our engineered bacteria (based on kegg), and then we analyzed the structure, stability, interaction and active centers of the fusion proteins we constructed using bioinformatics methods.

Hardware

1. An Internet of Things temperature and humidity transmission system is designed to detect the temperature and humidity in the soil through the AHRS complementary filtering algorithm, and transmit the data to the networked equipment in real time. Users can observe the growth of plants through the front-end web page designed by us, and adjust the soil humidity through the relay to control the drip irrigation humidifier.
2. The device can be put into the cultural relic protection environment to detect the temperature and humidity of the cultural relic in real time, so as to facilitate the real-time detection of the temperature and humidity of the cultural relic. By subscribing to the theme on the client web page, the command is sent to control the relay to adjust the work of the humidifier, and the fuzzy control is applied to adaptive parameters to carry out PID control. Set the appropriate PWM to control the motor, and then adjust the temperature to reach the most suitable situation.
