When we are engaged in bacteria cultivation and other operations in the biosafety level 1 laboratory, and we will
wear disposable gloves and operate in the biosafety cabinet to ensure safety.
Everyone will learn the relevant safety measures before starting the operation experiment to prevent improper
operation, and with the guidance of relevant professionals, using the alcohol to clean and disinfect correctly
before and after the experiment.

Everyone will wear gloves and lab coats and tie up their long hair, whether males or females, before the
experiment begins. During the experiment, pipette tips, gels, and eppendorf that are disposed of in biohazard
waste bins.
For biological use, we use BL21 (DE3) and ensure that no bacteria will be released into the environment. We use
the protein secreted by it as a tool for color removal. And the sequences and strains used do comply with the
contents on the igem white list.
