Overview
This is the gitlab link to our software. This software is the script that runs our in silico model. You can adjust the initial values by editing the values in either the simulation_environment_csv_output.py file or the simulation_environment_update2.py file. If you wish to see the functions written in the python code, look in the functions.py file. If you run simulation_environment_csv_output.py, you will get a csv file as your output, that may be easier to send to others. If you run the simulation_environment_update2.py file, you will get the graphs as created by matplotlib.
