Thorughout the experiment process, some existing parts are being utilized, such as the ccdB reporter (BBa_P1011). Moreover, a huge quantity of new parts are being developed that can be utilized by future teams, such as the pTRIP plasmid backbone that contains other basic regulatory parts like luxR2 and luxI, along with our final product that forms a fusion of the pTRIP and more functionary reporter sequences of EGFP and ccdB.
