Introduction

In synthetic biology, both mathematical models and computational techniques play crucial roles in understanding, designing, and optimizing biological systems. By modifying oncolytic viruses, our project aims to enhance their targeting specificity. Besides, our team primarily focuses on wet lab experiments, with some supporting dry lab experiments.

Our dry lab is mainly divided into two parts: Physical simulation and Mathematical model. Physical simulation includes Structure Predictions, Molecular Docking Simulation, Quantum Chemistry Calculations and Molecular Dynamic Simulation. The mathematical model mainly focused on the interaction between oncolytic viruses and target cells.
