Ling Jiang

Since 2017, he has been a full professor at the College of Food and Light Industry of Nanjing Tech University. He has been engaged in the conservation and development of extreme microbial resources and food enzyme resources for a long time and carried out basic theoretical research and applied technology research in the common key technologies and research methodologies of biocatalysis and biotransformation.

Zhengming Zhu

He is an associate professor at Nanjing Tech University. Mainly engaged in basic theoretical research and applied technology research in the common key technologies and research methodology of transformation and application of probiotic chassis cells through the cross-integration of molecular biology, microbiology, synthetic biology, systems biology, computational biology and other disciplines.

Wei Liu

He is an associate professor at Nanjing Tech University. Mainly engaged in enzyme engineering and food synthesis biology, focusing on efficient biosynthesis of food nutrients; Focus on functional sugar (such as D- tagatose, breast milk oligosaccharide, psicose, trehalose, fructooligosaccharide, etc.) in vitro and in vivo, the construction of multi-bacteria cascade catalytic system and the creation of efficient cell factory.

Liying Zhu

She is an associate professor at Nanjing Tech University. Mainly engaged in teaching and research in the fields of biocatalysis, biomaterials, and heavy metal treatment.
