We have codon optimised the codon of the enzyme Laccase, MnP, and LiP to increase translation efficiency for protein expression level. The codon optimised enzymes are composed of secretary tag, protein purification tag, and reporter. In which the secretary tag allows the enzymes to be secreted outside the bacteria for quantitative measurement. The reporters help identify successful expression of the signal peptide secretion for enzyme delivery outside the cell membrane by fluorescent signal.
