I am Professor of Biochemistry at Aix-Marseille university and am really excited each year to mentor and organize a new iGEM team. When I am in the lab I work on the assembly of membrane proteins using a variety of biophysical methods.

I'm studying biology and computer science to become a Bioinformatician. I was a part of the iGEM Aix-Marseille University 2022 team. This experience improved my skills in biological research more specifically in synthetic biology. The IGEM 2023 team works on a great environmental project.

Since 1992 the LISM has been an internationally renowned laboratory doing fundamental research at the frontiers between Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Cell Biology. Located in Marseille it groups 50 scientists passionate about the molecular mechanisms of biology.
But for us, iGEM team, it's much more than that. LISM has been a lifeline for our project. Reading the team presentation above, we can see that our primary and secondary PI work in LISM, as well as some of our advisors.
We'd like to thank a few other LISM people, namely Molly Ba and Corinne Kreuzer, who brought their valuable expertise to the team, when we needed them the most.
