Part Collection
Our Parts Collection consists of a total of nine parts, which are divided into three units: Detection Unit, Amplification Unit, and Secretion Unit.
Detection Unit, Amplification Unit, and Secretion Unit are the key components of SWIFT.
Beyond our project, these parts will be of reference and help to many iGEM teams who want to use SWIFT in situations that require rapid protein secretion after ligand detection.
Detection Unit
In the Detection Unit, we proved that MESA works even if the extracellular domain of MESA is changed, and showed the connection to the Amplification Unit and the Secretion Unit by using protease as the POI to be released from MESA.

Amplification Unit
In the Amplification Unit, an example of an Amplification Part was shown using TVMV protease and a linker part with a Threonine protease cleavage site.
In this Unit, two parts are registered according to the stability by 3D structure simulation, and it is shown that an Amplification System with various proteases can be made based on this Part.

In the Secretion Unit, parts to build a system for secreting POI by the protease of Amplification Unit are described. By designing the protein of interest and the protease cleavage site, you are free to use SWIFT as you wish!
