BLUE LIGHT REGULATED CONTROL SWITCHES
Blue light regulated control switches to regulate geneexpression are important auxiliary tools in fields such as synthetic biology and cancer targeted therapy. Inthis project, we constructed a set of blue light-regu-lated control switches in yeast and demonstrated that they have significantly higher sensitivity for detectingcancer cells when measured against conventionalblue light-regulated control switches, which can beused in the future for the purpose of targeted therapyof cancer and other critical diseases.
