Hi everyone! I'm Terry Chang. I have a strong passion for biology, especially for plants and fungi. I find these two kingdoms so fascinating, especially their morphology and special mechanisms they developed over millions of years (did you know that the flowers of the giant waterlily, victoria amazonica, change sex and emit heat when blooming? freaky). I joined iGEM for the rich bioengineering experience I can gain in this competition, which will help me chase my dream of studying biology in university and becoming a field biologist. Besides from academics, I love all kinds of performing arts, including acting, singing, and dancing. I also enjoy writing songs. Let's jam together? :)
